Jerry Denison was Stresscon's project manager on this structure supporting 228,000 square feet of parking. The interior is very open with the use of spread walls supporting the double tees and K frames resisting the lateral loads. There were 927 pieces of architectural and structural precast products. The architectural concrete utilized cast in thin brick with the surrounding colored concrete lightly acid etched.

With the openness of the interior along with the well designed lighting system the parking structure has a secure environment for the enjoyment of the users.
