The Team
Stresscon Corporation's mission is to furnish superior service and products. The company was founded using the Project Manger - Project Coordinator System to fulfill that task. It is a unique system that offers many rewards to the customer and makes his or her job easier.
Stresscon's Project Managers are registered Professional Engineers. They are the customer's lead contact performing these tasks:

- Overseeing the preparation of shop drawings while acting as a team with the Project Coordinator.

- Preparing product designs.
|
- Coordinating production, delivery and erection schedules with the customer.
|
- Serves as a consultant / expert on the most economical use of precast/prestressed concrete products.
|
- Coordinates the customer invoicing as to amount and customer's schedule.
|
- Monitors the erection process and becomes involved if problems arise to insure quick solutions.
|
- Follows up with the customer on all items until final payment is received and the customer is delighted with all aspects of Stresscon's performance.

The Project Manager is uniquely involved in all facets of the business and the customer has only ONE person to call to get his question answered.
The Project Coordinator works with the Project Manager as a team on each specific project. He is the in house representative of the customer. No product is shipped to the job site without his or her approval.
Specific duties of the Project Coordinator are:
- Prepare shop drawings under the supervision of the Project Manager while coordinating any changes, questions, etc. with the architect, engineer, general contractor and trade contractor (all customers).

- Monitors the approval process to insure shop drawings are returned to meet production schedule.

- Conducts pre-pour and post-pour product checks. This is the heart of the Stresscon quality control system - the person who draws the production drawing checks the actual product. It is a unique process in the precast/prestressed concrete industry.

- He insures that our products are produced, patched and ready to go to the job site to meet the customer's schedule
|
