Memorial Parking Garage

This parking structure has a supporting area of 439,000 square feet, which represents approximately 1,460 automobiles. The exterior comprises load bearing spandrels fabricated with thin brick. The concrete bands surrounding the thin brick are acid etched.

The structure consists of double tee floor panels with interior supporting spread walls and solid walls at the stair and elevator cores. The lateral loads are resisted by K frames. The double tees are painted white which reflects the lighting and creates a secure setting.
