Precast/prestressed concrete is cost-effective to both build and maintain. Finished and resilient interior and exterior surfaces will retain their excellent condition and attractive appearance throughout the life of the structure. Although precast is inherently energy-efficient, insulated products, wall panels for example, offer greater energy savings and eliminate the need for additional insulation, air gaps, and thicker wall sections.

Precast is non-corrosive, offering superior performance in environments with constant exposure to high humidity and chemicals, such as swimming pool facilities, gymnasium locker rooms and shower/bathing areas, and cafeteria spaces.
